Well, since I keep saying that same saying, I titled my blog what I always say when people ask how I do what I do. I live just one day at a time. As it says in the Bible today has enough trouble itself, so don't worry about tomorrow. For anyone who isn't familiar with that verse, it's Matthew 6:34. New International Version Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. I also like Matthew 6:27 which says And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to his life? Basically we should not worry about anything, it's not going to do us or anyone else any good or make us live any longer. In fact, it will surely take years off our lives if we live in a constant state of worrying about things. As a Christian, I know that God is in control of basically everything anyway and there's not much I can do to change things anyway, so why worry about it? God provides for His people, as it says in this verse: Matthew 6:25 For this reason I say to you, do not be worried about your life, as to what you will eat or what you will drink; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?
I pray that everyone who reads this will learn to not worry about things in life, simply to 'let go and let God' show you how much He wants to bless you when you put your faith and trust in Him. Yes, I know it's hard to do and sometimes I catch myself worrying about how we're going to pay all the bills, but God has always provided for us, and He will do the same for you. God bless!
